Supabase full migration
Fases 0-2 hechas (read-side + bug fixes A/B/C). Fases 3-4 (writer cutover + decommission de archivos) DESCARTADAS 2026-05-14 por David: CQRS-lite (archivos = fuente de verdad de escrituras, Postgres = proyección downstream) es la arquitectura ratificada. Los bugs eran del sync, no de la arquitectura. NO ejecutar sin un RFC nuevo (RFC-002 §13). → No reabrir. Mantenimiento del modelo actual: STATUS_MAP fix (hecho 2026-05-31, espeja Pending Review/Pending JD Fetch) + drift-detector semanal (§340) + Supabase Pro upgrade.
